ABOUT
House Maison Margiela— New England
Father, House of Saint Morta— New England
Hailing from Springfield, Massachusetts, Jordan Lewis (AKA London Fleur De Lis) is a Black-American vogue artist, instructor, and educator. He got his first dance inspiration in 2004 from watching Ciara music videos and self-teaching himself her choreography.
Fleur De Lis started his formal training at En Motion Dance Theater, where he trained in hip hop, contemporary, and jazz dance styles. He soon took on the position of dance instructor at Stadium of Dance, a Springfield dance school. However, after seeing Vogue Evolution perform on America’s Best Dance Crew and some chance encounters with members of the Ballroom community he took a midnight train to Boston to his first Vogue Ball to learn about Ballroom culture in 2011.
After making his ballroom debut, Fleur De Lis signed and joined the Iconic House of Escada. Quickly rising through the ranks, he was able to become Prince of his chapter in 2012. Fleur De Lis gained his public recognition after winning a $1000 in grand prizes at the New England People's Choice Awards, followed by winning another $1000 at the Talent Ball — making Fleur De Lis the $2000 Prince of New England. He went on to perform on such stages within the Ballroom scene such as the Latex Ball(NY), Behind the Music Ball(KY), Pandemonium(NC), and the New England Awards(MA). He was also a part of Kings Of Vogue, which tried out for World Of Dance in L.A. in 2017.
In 2015, he began teaching Vogue workshops for people to learn about Ballroom culture and movements. He led classes and workshops for TRILLFIT®, Emerson College, Holyoke Community College, Springfield College, Waymo, and other New England based LGBTQ+ organizations such as the Multicultural AIDS Coalition of Boston. During his teaching collaboration with Emerson College, he helped to co-create the Haus of Emerson, the first Collegiate-based and funded Ballroom house.
It was through his connections and hand in building the Haus of Emerson, in he was contacted by casting producers to compete on the first season of HBO MAX’s reality-voguing competition, Legendary, in early 2020. As the mother of the Iconic House of Escada he led his team to the season finale and placed among the top three houses.
In 2022, the Saint started his kiki house, the House of Saint Morta, which was nominated across categories in the first New Englands Awards Choice ball.
Outside of performing and teaching, Fleur De Lis is a family man that enjoys learning new things and is in love with fashion. He also strongly believes in meditation because it allows him the time to build, reflect, and achieve the goals he wants to accomplish.
